Our fantastic brigade in the kitchen is lead by Bernie Warburton, Head Chef. He and his team are committed to producing the very best of modern British cooking with just a hint of Continental influence. Using local produce where ever possible, we have some of the very best here in Shropshire, our Restaurant has gained a fantastic reputation that spreads far beyond our Shropshire boarders.
Parkers Restaurant
Open for both Lunch and Dinner, Parkers offers a contemporary setting in which to eat fine food. In the winter take a seat in our hall and enjoy a pre-diner drink in front of a blazing log fire while you peruse our mouth watering menu. In the summer take your Pimms out to our terrace and enjoy the views of the glorious countryside. Sunday lunches are a speciality at the Sweeney and are usually fully booked weeks in advance. Alongside our Lunch and Dinner Menus we also offer an Early Bird Menu during the week – this has proved extremely popular and again, like our Sunday lunches its best to book.
Bar
With floor to ceiling windows on two sides, our chic bar is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. Fashionably furnished but with comfort in mind, the bar is the perfect place to enjoy a light meal, a coffee or a drink with friends or colleagues – we like to think that our bar pays homage to convivial congeniality and we hope you do too.
