The kitchen brigade is led by Head Chef Tom Roberts, who has been at Sweeney Hall since 2003, working his way up from prep chef.
Tom is responsible for the dining delights included in our seasonal menus, as well as ensuring all our hungry guests at weddings, conferences and other functions enjoy their dining experience with us – creating four-course wedding breakfasts through to bespoke menus for special occasions.
